We hope this letter finds you well and in good health. At AB Dental, we are committed to providing the highest level of dental care and ensuring that every patient receives the attention and service they deserve. In order to maintain this level of service and improve the efficiency of our scheduling process, we are introducing an update to our office policies.

Effective January 1st, 2025, we will begin asking patients to provide their credit card information to keep securely on file when scheduling appointments. This measure is being implemented due to an increasing number of last-minute cancellations and no-shows, which have impacted our ability to serve other patients who are in need of timely care.

Our goal is to ensure that every patient has access to the care they need without unnecessary delays caused by missed appointments. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. If an appointment is missed or canceled within less than 24 hours, we will apply a $25 missed appointment fee, which will be charged to the card on file.
Please rest assured that your credit card information will be securely stored and only used for this specific purpose. We understand that this may be an adjustment, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this policy may cause.
